I have mods installed on my server, a couple minutes ago, my server was working well, and then I added a couple of mods, but then it started saying Incomplete set of tags recieved from server. Please contact server operator. Please help

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

Client-side mods are only made for the client, so yes they shouldn't cause any problem.
