The problem are not the mods, it's Forge. The version of Forge installed in the server doesn't match the one installed in the client. Install the correct version.

Downgrading worlds is not supported in Minecraft and you shouldn't do that, it can and probably will cause problems.

This is a client-side mod, meaning that it doesn't have to/can't be installed on servers. What you saw in other servers was probably the mod's custom resource pack.

After the plugin is released on spigotmc.org or dev.bukkit.org it will be available on Aternos within a few hours.

The owner of the server should ask for support, since it's much easier to help one with perms rather than just a member.
You or well, the owner, should check if there's a mod/plugin/datapack that might be causing this.
