Aternos is funded by ads, without the users viewing the ads on their website they can't earn.
It's very difficult for those versions to properly work.

PaperMC has much better performance compared to other softwares that aternos provides, switching Spigot to Paper won't remove any plugins that's installed to your server nor any world & player data (etc.), feel free to create a backup.
You can install it here: https://aternos.org/software/papermc/
We wish we had the ability to read your mind on what exactly "doesn't work", sadly we can't.
Your server ran out of memory, try removing resource-heavy plugins that was installed to your server.
Just to confirm, do you live in russia? If so try using a VPN, Google stopped serving ads in Russia. If you don't then continue reading the article.

Where are you located?
All servers are located in central europe, If you're located far away from europe then that's most likely why you have high ping. Especially when a lot of users in your country uses the internet at the same time. Your internet provider will most likely send traffic to europe via a different route/road than someone with a different internet provider will, even in the same country. One can be congested, much like a traffic jam, causing every packet of data to move slower. There is not really a fix for this, except complaining to your internet provider, or switching internet provider.
You can document it by using a traceroute. Read this article for instructions on how to do that:
