All servers are located in central europe, If you're located far away from europe then that's most likely why you have high ping. Especially when a lot of users in your country uses the internet at the same time. Your internet provider will most likely send traffic to europe via a different route/road than someone with a different internet provider will, even in the same country. One can be congested, much like a traffic jam, causing every packet of data to move slower. There is not really a fix for this, except complaining to your internet provider, or switching internet provider.

Open command promt (If you're using windows) and type in ping <yourserveraddress.aternos.me> (Don't include the angle brackets) then run the command.

At the end it should show the ping of you and your server, inform the amount.

The Aternos Team is aware about the current issue of the website, There's no stated time on when the issue will be fixed. Be patient.

Your aternos server ran out of memory, Unfortunately there's not much you can do, Try removing mods that you don't really use/need.

What software do you use?

Aternos is a 100% free host, there isn't such thing as upgrading your server. The provided resource is good enough to run a minecraft server.

Try lessening the amount of plugins you've installed into your server.

Is the plugin Geyser Installed?

Just wait a few minutes and try again later. That error code means that you're sending too many requests.

It isn't a secret tho..

You can't clear log/console, you don't need to.

Try using the DynIP, If it still persists then screenshot the error message and send it here.
