Your confusing the amount of storage given with the amount of ram. You get 4gb storage and the amount ram depends on the server software being used.

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same Minecraft and mod version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

If you're 100% sure that they match exactly then you can try deleting your config folder on your pc and server.

If you use a Modpack make sure you're running the same version as the server.

Have you tried using both mohist and arclight? If yes, and if you face the issue on both, nothing can be done about it. It's the hybrid software which needs to bring compatibility for it

Well, try deleting the playerdata and if it doesn't work, then it's most likely an issue with that mod

then probably one of the mods could be causing issues. Try removing mod by mod till you stop facing the issue
