You didn't share the crash report, but according to the log, the crash is caused by pyromancer mod. Try installing the latest version of the mod if you haven't, and if doesn't work, you can try removing it.

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same Minecraft and mod version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.

If you're 100% sure that they match exactly then you can try deleting your config folder on your pc and server.

If you use a Modpack make sure you're running the same version as the server.

Your confusing the amount of storage given with the amount of ram. You get 4gb storage and the amount ram depends on the server software being used.

Did you install the mods the server has to your PC with the exact same mod version(not minecraft version).

The server can be shutdown only if someone has access to it or if someone runs the stop command

Nothing has happened to your world. Your friend's might have removed the world generation mod mentioned in my previous response. Just add it back or regenerate the world if you don't want to add it back. Regenerating the world will delete the data on the world

Looks like you have removed few mods from the server which includes a mod called twilight forest. You removing a world generation mod is causing issue, so either add it back or regenerate the world

The last lines of the log show a mod is trying to load client side stuff on the server which might be causing the crash. Try removing mod by mod till you figure out which mod caused it

Try joining the server with the mod XL Packets and see if it works.
