If your getting the error server incompatible version then the forge version on your pc needs to match the forge version on your server. Usually you can't choose the forge version on tlauncher so try installing forge manually.

What's the error on disconnection?

If it's not visible in https://aternos.org/software/ then it's not there and I doubt it will be added as it's outdated.

As soon as you join the server it is running out of memory so try removing some mods and try removing ivorius

Myabe the people who had access to your server deleted your it. Create a new server and go to the backup sections to see if you have your backups or not.

How long is your username?

1. open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder

3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
