I've had a server with friends for some time now, and all of a sudden neither one of us has it anymore. It was in version 1.14.4 and it's ip was Cerdoland99.aternos.me , we put a lot of work in that server it would mean a lot to us to be able to get it back.
I can't find my server anymore.

When did you last play on the server? Did anyone else have access to your server and do you have backups of the server

Myabe the people who had access to your server deleted your it. Create a new server and go to the backup sections to see if you have your backups or not.

Only the owner can delete a server. Users with shared access can only reinstall.

a) Hit the reinstall button on the options page
b) Open the backups page and see if you have backups.
