When you update to 1.18 all of the files with stay. Before updating take a look at all the plugin if their compatible with 1.18 or not. If they are compatible with 1.18 then everything will work normally and as you mentioned even commands should work but if they aren't compatible then you might need to remove a particular plugin or if all the plugin you use aren't updated just stay on 1.17 as it won't work on 1.18

No I am not and even if you ask an aternos moderator they won't be able to do it a they don't have access to aternos systems.

No you world or plugins won't get deleted if you update but always keep a backup before updating.

I don't know if it is true or not that port affects the lag by getting the nearest port, but still I want to change the port number to the default of MCPE(19132).

No the ports are not related to lag. The ports automatically get allocated so if you want to change the port you need to make a new server I guess

Backslot is a mod and not an addon. Java server don't support addons so the add-on your requesting won't be added

wait better end has not been updated to 1.18. Please check if all the mods are compatible with 1.18 as they aren't

Can you try removing bclib mod. If it does not work then try removing mod by mod
