That plugin hasn't been updated to 1.18 so you can't use that plugin for now

Which minecraft version are you using? Which version of the plugin are you use?

Try deleting the config folder then try to join:
1. open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. Delete the config folder

No it is there. You need to download forge 1.18 then you will find it
