Who told you aternos gives 4gb ram? It depends on the server software and version you use.

The server didn't crash according to the log. Can you share the log from https://aternos.org/console while the server is crashing

I don't think anything can be done about it. Mods on aternos can only be added via https://aternos.org/addons/ and only if they are curseforge or modrinth.

1) Do you have the latest version of the the mod in which snorkle/goggles item is there?
2) The log you shared seems to be normal and I can't see you get disconnected with the error " internal server error" on the server log. Usually log contains something related to internal server error if you join the server

Try using https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/xl-packets on your PCs

Keep a backup of the server and try deleting the mod

check if drinkbeer is compatible with the minecraft version you use

Better end and/or better nether are causing the crash. 1.19.3 version of these mods don't seem to be stable and the mod author recommends staying on 1.19.2 till 1.19.3 gets stable. In your case you should just remove better end and better nether for now.
