It is possible to change but keep a backup before changing it

Share your server log:
1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here.

Better end and/or better nether are causing the crash. 1.19.3 version of these mods don't seem to be stable and the mod author recommends staying on 1.19.2 till 1.19.3 gets stable. In your case you should just remove better end and better nether for now.

Try using https://aternos.org/software/v/forge/1.18.2-latest. if it doesn't work. you might need to start removing mod by mod till you stop facing the issue

That IS the log I got as the server was crashing, there was no real reason for it to crash so I'm very confused.
Probably not. Please start the server and while the server is crashing, copy the log from https://aternos.org/console/ and paste it in https://mclo.gs

Try removing betterweather. An alternative mod to it can be https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/serene-seasons

No, that server software is no longer supported by mohist themself and again,
1.7.10 is extremely outdated.
How old is Minecraft 1.7.10 today?
