The server log doesn't say anything useful. Try removing mod by mod till you stop facing the issue. Keep on doing this till you find out which mod caused it and only remove that mod.

Can you try opening the minecraft installation path through the launcher then follow the rest of the steps

Aternos recently removed around 800 mods, because their developers no longer allow their project to be downloaded from the curseforge API by third parties. The only way for those mods to be added again requires the mod developers to enable project distribution again: https://support.curseforge.com…oject-distribution-toggle

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical.
