Share your server log:
1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here.

Make sure that the EXACT same mods installed on both your PC and the server. It is not enough to simply have the same mods installed, they must also be installed in the exact same version. Likewise, the version of the mod loader (Fabric/Forge) must be identical. If all the versions match then try deleting the config folder on your PC and the server. It's located in your minecraft installation path on your PC

The log doesn't tell which mod caused the issue. Try removing mod by mod till you stop facing the issue and once you get to know which mod caused the issue, only remove that mod, and add all the other mods back
