No, you can't but you can use mohist instead. Through Mohist you can use plugins and mods together

i have so many dungeons mod can you specify the mod itself, cause im pretty sure i already removed the Dungeons Mod.

Ok recheck if all the versions the mods match. If your sure it matches then try deleting the config folder which is located in the minecraft installation path

The author of these mods didn't flag the mods for fabric or forge which is why it's shows invalid URL so it can't be added

Did you install the modpack on your PC and does the modpack version on the server match the modpack version on your PC?

The log doesn't show which mod caused the issue so try removing mod by mod till you stop facing the issue. Once you identify which mod has caused the issue, only remove that mod and add all the other mods back
