As you can't modify modpacks, I would suggest you to contact the modpack author

It's an addon for RandomLib (previously an addon for one block plus). It adds new random entries that change their content depending on certain conditions. Just wait for Roman to add the RandomLib mod as it's not there on aternos. Once it gets added you can use the oneblock mod

Roman The mod author of one Block Plus recently added randomlib as a dependency but when I suggested the dependency it says "This plugin/mod is not popular enough.".

You didn't install randomlib

Did you restart the server after installing randomlib ?
