So i just watched this video where the guy builds an afk fishing farm without any auto clicker. I built the fishing farm like he said but then for auto fishing he instructed to press F3+T.
F3 + T only Reloads all textures, sounds and web-loaded client resources.

Change "Fly' to true and the issue your facing is not caused by aternos. Aternos only provides server and the software that runs on it is developed by other developers

just delete the folder itself

If your sure then try deleting the config folder on your server and PC which is located in the minecraft installation path

because they are client side mods
I forgot to tell you can keep client side mods. Can you check if you have the same mod collection on your computer as on the server. Note that also the versions of the installed mods must match

I removed 3 dungeon mods, but it still doesn't work
Actually can you try removing Crawler mod

Try using the latest version of Dungeon mod(Crawler mod) and if it doesn't work, then remove it

2)Start the server and once it fully done starting, stop it.

Umm weird. Did you upload the world, world_nether and the world_the_end correctly in the worlds section? Like the world needs to be uploaded to the world as shown in the screenshot and so on...

I see that there is one place to upload files, but when I upload new files it replaces the other ones?
If you upload the new files to the server, it will delete the existing one and replace it with the new ones you have uploaded. I don't get what's the issue in that?

Also, which server type should i use, since i saw you recommended paper over spigot to the other user
Use paper as it's better in performance
