The server didn't crash according to the log

What error do you get client side? I don't think you have shared the correct client log

You don't have the same mod collection on your computer as on the server. Note that also the versions of the installed mods must match

The issue is related to actuallyunbreaking. Try installing the latest version of that mod and if it doesn't work then remove it

Your server ran out of memory. Try removing some mods/plugins
