Can you try deleting your playerdata: https://support.aternos.org/hc…lete-someones-player-file
Do you have the latest versions of all the mods installed? If yes then I am not sure what can be done to fix it.

Either install these mods on the server or removed it from the PC

I still can't see this in the log you shared.
I can't see any connection attempt in the server log. You can share your client log
