Your should read the error code it shows. This has already been discussed multiple times. If you want to know why read this:

The mods installed on your server need to match the mods installed with the exact same version. According to the log either the mods are not installed or the versions don't match

You could have been using viaversion on the server through which you could join with an older version of minecraft. Regenerate your world or use it an newer version of minecraft to play on it

Are you sure you didn't use the world in a newer version?. You can't using the same world in an older version of minecraft. You can regenerate your world for now

Download the world to singleplayer, tp to the ticking entity and kill it. After that upload your world again
