Can you share your crash-report:
1) Open your crash-report on Aternos by clicking on the link : https://aternos.org/files/cras…03-13_10.41.15-server.txt
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here.
The modpack version on your pc needs to match the modpack version on your server

then open the minecraft installation path through TLauncher and follow the rest :

3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor

Link to my crash log from aternos server and my server wont just start it just starts to save after clicking start and says crash

Your server is neither crashing nor I can see you disconnect from the server according to the log. Share the log once you face the issue

The modpack version on your server needs to match the modpack version on your PC
There is no specific number. It's a case by case decision
There is an ticking entity which you can remove by using the kill command and by any chance have you changed the server tick speed
disable the username checks in your LoginSecurity config or remove/change the Floodgate prefix in your Floodgate config
Even though you didn't share the whole log but looks like the issue is that the version of create doesn't match
