There is nothing useful in the server log and you use a vanilla server so it might be an issue related to your internet.

Does anyone else have access to the server? Maybe someone who has access to the server is doing it.
If no one has access to the server then maybe it's one of the mods causing the world to not save. In that case you need to remove mod by mod till you identify which mod is causing issues. -

The bots are related to you playing on a cracked server. Disable cracked or add a login plugin
