I would suggest you to do a few thing but as you use a modapck and you can't modify the server files so your best option is to contact the modpack author

Maybe it's an issue related to the plugins you use. Can you share a screenshot of the plugins you use

So you installed paper and it still didn't work?
-
You already have the latest version.
Yesterday spigot downgraded due to the mob spawning issue. Can you check now and see if you face the same issue? If you still face the same issue then keep a backup of your server and switch to paper
Just do this

You need to just remove plugins till you stop facing the issue

It looks like the Aternos system system stopped your server because it took too long for it to start. This can happen when a server is overloaded (too many plugins, resource-heavy modpack, etc.). The Aternos system automatically stops servers if they don't respond within a certain amount of time to prevent them from getting stuck during startup. Especially in the afternoon (Central European Time), when many servers run simultaneously, servers running big modpacks sometimes take too long to start.
Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done about this. You can only try to start your server again at another time, remove some resources (e.g. plugins/mods).

share your new log

Try removing blackclover mod

Do you face the same issue in vanilla? If yes then read the forcibly closed article and if no then try removing mod by mod and everytime you remove a mod restart your server to see if you can join or not. By doing this you will identify which mod was causing the issue. Once you have identified the mod you can restore the backup and only remove that mod

I still can't see it crash.

Does your modpack version match both server and client side? If it matches then try connecting to the server with "direct connection". If none of the steps work please read and follow the article https://support.aternos.org/hc/en-us/articles/360027235671

Yes currently there is no way for you to see your previous backups. Next time make sure to increase the backup limit
