My server keeps crashing because of a datapack

Im making a server with a datapack, but when i tried to open the server it crashed saying that i needed to activate safe Mode

the safe mode works with the datapack in singleplayer, all i need is to know how to activate safe mode to try and see if it works

i also tried typing the --safeMode that the log says that i should type, but it says that its an unknown command.

If i need to show the log, please relply and i will show it

i managed to fix the problem my entering the server without the datapack, then when im in activate the datapack
