ProjectKorra not working

the plugin called ProjectKorra doesn't seem to work, it shows the command and all, but doesn't work with actions, and I hope you would fix this error

If a plugin doesn't work it's not our fault, we just provide the server. Either the developer messed it up or your installed the plugin in a wrong version or misconfigured it. Check the server console log for more detailed error information.
