what plugin are using.
did you edit the configuration properly

If its true then people cannot see your name when you are hidden.
If its set to false then people can see your name.Since you have it set to to false you can see your name from your other account. Set that to true if you want it to be hidden.

on a side note thou try to op your second account and then check if the name is still not visible -
ok then it is as I thought. Its something to do with the permissions. Try editing the permission required(I'm not really sure on how to but guess you can google it).
