Option to turn off spawn protection

I am trying to make a minigame server and at the spawn I have ender chest and buttons, and players cant use them. Please add an option to turn off spawn protection. Thanks =D

@Andreas Ok,well for the time being is there an permission to edit spawn. because i really don't want to op all the players...
