The same thing happened to me :I was at the end of the queue (which was over 2 hours long) and at the and all 3 times I could not press the confirm button. I was clicking like crazy and it just would not register my clicks.

Which browser did you use? Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge are buggy, use a real browser instead of them

@superpanda I just started your server successfully, it seems to work fine, I do not see any problems.
@fools9 Make sure JavaScript is activated in your web browser. Alternatively try starting your server using a different web browser.
