Im actually done with ATERNOS. have several aternos accounts, each for different servers that I played with me and my friends for so much. But then, I've been inactive for more than 6 months, and it just delete all the servers without notifying me, or warning or anything. I know this server host is free so I don't expect it to be good and actually, its pretty laggy and can take up to 6 hours just to turn the server on. And after a while of inactivity, it just shuts down, but I'm fine with that part. Now, recently, for the past year, I've been really busy, and I haven't been able to play this game, I got lots and lots of works to do, which made me inactive. But then, just a while a go, I've got the chance to play this game again, since I haven't been that busy recently, so I decided to play this game again. But then, all our hardworks are gone, I had 2 servers, where I was so called "stacked". I've been grinding so much in those 2 servers for more than a year, but then it all just got deleted, without warning, backup, or anything. If you're wondering why I cared so much for there servers, it's because I'VE SPENT HUNDREDS OF HOURS there. I've grinded a lot, and made lots and lots of mega project, and one of those mega project can took up to DOZENS OF HOURS. If you often watch minecraft youtubers on youtube, yeah, my smp is like that but just way more complicated, and bigger. I've made almost ALL SORTS OF FARMS THAT EXIST in the game, and made projects like CASTLES, MANSIONS, TEMPLES and stuff that took more than two whole days just to finish. I've made tons of cool stuff in there, but now, its all gone. I'm actually done with aternos and won't be using it again from now on probably. I'm tired, sad, but also angry at the same time, I feel depressed. All those hardworkds, came into nothing ? I've been planning to make videos out of those servers from a year ago, but now I won't be able to anymore. If I were to make a new world, it'll took me months and even years just to catch up to what I've achieved in those servers. Why can't aternos just have the backup available before deleting. The last time I back up the server was quite some time ago, when there isn't as much stuff in the server yet. The reason I didn't back the server up was because I never thought that it would be deleted, especially without the backup available. All these years I've been playing, and now my hardwork has come to an end.

I'm very sorry to hear that you lost your memories. But in this case I can't see any problem on our side.
