Can't add FTBquests data into configs

I've created a folder for ftb quests in configs, created another one for quests(using the config folder from my minecraft as an example), but i cannot add files into it.

FTB quests wiki doesn't have any information about where the files are stored, but it seems to be stored in the config/ftbquests/quests folder, since that is where the quests show up after creating them

Update: files loaded now for some reason and everything works
