Can i upload plugins from my own computer ?
if you guys know how , please help me, because i really want that

do you mean your own plugin? If is that you mean you cant download your Own plugin. But you can suggest it

Currently, you can't upload own plugins to your aternos server, but - as boat555123 said - you can suggest new plugins from bukkit.dev or spigotmc to be added to the list of plugins.
The team is maybe already working to make it possible to upload own plugins, but there are many reasons why it's not possible, mostly due security reasons
