[SOLVED] Can't connect to modded server

    Hi ! I just created an aternos modded server because I wanted to play with a friend, so we made a modpack and then I installed the mods on aternos, at first the server crashed so I checked the logs and found the mod which was crashing the server, and now, the server will turn on, but when I connect I get the error message "Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException:java.lang.NullPointerException", I want to precise that I have every mod version correct and no problem with that, I just use optifine and some client mods and I also tried without them, and nothing changes, I also use minecraft 1.16.5. Is there any solution ? Thanks !

    PS : After reading the logs and informing myself about mods and everything I finally found what was the problem, this thread can be closed or deleted.
