How do I install 1.11 AcidIsland Plugin?

For Some reason everytime i make my server Bukkit 1.11 and add the AcidRain 1.11 Pluggin, it wont work, How can i fix this?

You can fix just check your server console log.. By checking you can check all error there
AcidRain plugin require vault plugin you need to download the vault first before the acidisland will work
