Well, Bukkit is kind of an optimized version of Spigot so, yes.
And Spigot plugins work on Bukkit.

The other way round: Spigot is the optimized version of CraftBukkit.

Don't we only have MCMurder for bukkit anyways XD Tip: the 2nd plugin from the list (the search function won't work for it anyway )
