Our community account was removed, We can't go on setting page...
Where is the problem ?
When we go on create server the email was accepted. but when i connect nothing goes

This username still does exists in our database. What is the problem then exactly? We do not delete any accounts for no reason.

When did you register?

The 'Forgot password' function should work. Check your spam folder too.

Just reregister with the same username and the world should be back again.

What is the username you try to login with?Did you try to enter your username in the forgot password dialog instead of your mail?

Make sure to check the correct associated email address you registered with.

Then you should receive the email containing the password without problems. Check the spam inbox too.

Are you sure you spelled your email right when you registered wait... you said it's a community account...... maybe one of those people changed the email
