That happened to me too. You should have backed up your server using the back-up function.

You can try to restore a backup at the My Server page or upload an old save of your world that you hopefully downloaded before. As said before, it's important to regularly download and save your world to your computer to prevent such losses.

That Happened To Me To On 23 April, 2016 On My Server!!!!!!! I Quited
But I Came Back On 12 January, 2017

It does. There probably was a failure while transferring the server from execution server to file server.
