Considering the syntax the configuration file is fine, too. Do you have a chat manager installed that's compatible with PermissionsEX?

Use bchatmanager plugin for your prefix

PerWorldChatPlus is just allowing you to have a per world chat means seperate chat! and Allowing you to spy chat per world and globalchat
PerWorldChatPlus is not a Chat management plugin !
Just use bchatmanager and your prefix will work! -
But basic commands like /help /rules etc doesn't work. I think its a plugin causing this issue
EDIT: Its working again !!! The issue was with MultiWorldMoney Or With PerWorldPlugins
But The Ranks still don't work
