Why is Insane Craft not allowed?

Besides it not being updated why is it not allowed?

A lot of people would still play it.

Insane craft is pretty big and even a few creators played it!

And reason i can't suggest is because "The author doesn't provide up-to-date server files."

But can't you just rely on 1 version?

If not then that would be pretty sad, because that modpack is awesome and im pretty sure lots of people want to play it.

And i have also found proof that it has been "added"
