Whenever i try to log into my account and click the button to log in it keeps giving me a pop-up that says that the username of e-mail doesnt exist. the login menu wont let me use an e-mail. i added pictures for examples of what i am talking about. please help me!!

You signed up using Instagram though. Scroll down a little bit and click on the Instagram icon to log in through Instagram again.
