Me and my friends have been searching the internet for a free server hosting website that can host my modpack. I finally found one which is Aternos. But then I realized that when you suggest a modpack it has to have popularity. My mod pack from technic (https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/tonydaanimal.1944598) doesn't have any popularity and I really want to play it with my friends, so can you please let me play it on a server.

If it doesn't meet the requirements, it won't be added. You could try installing each mod seperately though.
I'd also recommend you do not use anything on 9minecraft, that website is notorious for stealing mods and other things alike.
