Unfortunately, no one out of Mojang is able to tell you that.
The Minecraft Bedrock Edition is a black box no one is able to look in.
Some suggestions:
- In case you have any addons installed, try removing them.
- If you have any experimental feature enabled, disable it.
- Try restoring a known working backup.
