Citizens Not Working

    I am currently using The Citizens plugin on my server. When I use the citizens command to create an NPC which is /npc create [Name], It will say it was added then crash. After the crash, it wont let me go to start my server again because as soon as it starts up, it crashes. Is this a bug? I need help! This is on 1.11.2 and I have tried on other versions with the lower versions of citizens and It still wont work :/
