Hello I Downloaded the plugins and I started the server but the plugins did not show up it wasn't even in the console what should I do and what happened PLEASE TELL MEE!!

You have to install bukkit or spigot to use plugins. They won't work with vanilla.

The Aternos account listed on your board profile has vanilla installed.
