Me and my friends are trying to upload a mod to our server, but we've played a lot on it. We're scared that when we upload the mode, the chunks that we discovered go wrong, might delete etc. Is there any threat ? I saved the world but i want to know before doing anything, thanks.

This topics subject differs from your message a bit. Modpacks /= single mod

Adding a single mod to your server shouldn't cause any issues. Just make a backup in advance to be safe if anything goes wrong.
Note that stuff like ores and other naturally generated blocks added by mods will only appear in chunks that were generated after the mod has been added.
