My server crashes about 15 minutes after we are playing, I deleted quite a few mods but I still keep doing it

Share your server log:
1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here.

There's no crash in the log.

Bedrock doesn't provide anything useful about the crash in the log for us to check.
Try generating a new world.
