Wheat (recipe) breaks my game

I re-created a mod pack so i could add my own mods and after sorting through all the crash issues, ive come to this error message. Where do i go from here. I uploaded my own world

Is there an easy way to check that other than just going through both lists? Because I've done that a couple of times now and the only differences are client-side mods
