I would appreciate your support if you could answer my question
How can i fix the plugins being in German, can i change a setting or upload a plugin with FileZilla or something need an answer ASAP, thankyou! 
Most of the plugins like essentials are in German!

You can change the settings e.g. for essentials in the config.yml of essentials.
