skript mod need to atleast be updated this is where i downloaded it Skript 1.16 - 1.19 | SpigotMC - High Performance Minecraft but it should be updated 
please update a plugin to 1.19

Newer versions of Skript allow bypassing Aternos system limitations.
Eg. faking players, downloading additional files etc. , so Aternos can't add the newer versions of Skript to the plugin list.
The older versions of the Skript plugin don't, that's why Aternos offers them.
