    Hey I tried It. But It Still Doesnt Work. My Server Lags Really Bad
    One Question though. Do i Play from Another account after deleting the playerdata?
    because the Authme plugin doesnt allow me to because of the ip

    Maybe one of your plugins are causing issues. Try removing them one by one till you stop facing the issue

    it seems like the fact that you teleported too far from your previous location, made the server lag, also, running legacy plugins like simpleTPA is not recommanded, the tpa feature is present in the essentials plugin.
