When you play a Java server with Geyser installed, Bedrock players have a prefix before their username, the prefix is `.`, so make sure to include this prefix if you want to add them to the whitelist or give them operator rights, e.g., if your username is `Alex22_SV` and you want to give them operator, use the command `/op .Alex22_SV`. You can also remove their prefix in the Floodgate configuration (not recommended because this helps differentiate the Bedrock players from Java players).
(Make sure you op using the server console, the players page doesn't work for Geyser players)
